2. Each and every student should LEARN ABOUT JESUS CHRIST & THE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH.

CONFIRMATION 2012 will help us to achieve both of these goals.

THIS IS YOUR YEAR!

Confirmation Class is FUN, EXCITING, ENTERTAINING, INFORMATIVE, INTERESTING, WONDERFUL, INTERACTIVE, LIFE-CHANGING, INSPIRING, AND MORE!




THERE IS A VERY IMPORTANT INTRODUCTORY MEETING FOR ALL STUDENTS TAKING CONFIRMATION & THEIR PARENTS ON SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 5TH IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING WORSHIP. THE MEETING WILL ONLY LAST 45 MINUTES! THIS IS A MUST ATTEND!!

AT THIS MEETING, WE WILL DISCUSS THE ENTIRE CONFIRMATION SCHEDULE & PROCESS.

CLASSES OFFICIALLY BEGIN ON FEBRUARY 12TH AND LAST FROM 4:00 TO 5:45 ON SUNDAY AFTERNOONS. THESE CLASSES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWED BY A SNACK SUPPER AND YOUTH ACTIVITIES. EVERYTHING WILL BE OVER AT 7:15P.M.

WE WILL ALSO HAVE AT LEAST ONE WEEKEND RETREAT. THE ENTIRE PROCESS WILL CULMINATE WITH A SERVICE ON SUNDAY, MAY 6.

You might be questioning if this is the right process for your child. As your child’s Director of Youth Ministries, I challenge you to give this process a chance and support your child in his/her spiritual growth and development. I will be more than happy to answer any questions that you might have.
